President Hinckley has been on my thoughts constantly this past week. I am so thankful that we have prophets on the earth and that we have been able to sit at President Hinckley's feet and be taught by him for many years. I want you all to know that I love him, I honor him, and I am so grateful for his testimony he has shared with us. What an experience to go to his viewing, thanks to Ann who encouraged it. I checked the kids out of school on a whim and rode trax to the Conference Center to pay our respects. Little did we know we would end up waiting one hour outside in line and then another three hours inside before we got to see him. Heather asked while we were sitting inside the center if President Hinckley would have his glasses on. (He did) She was in sincere thought about him. As it was our turn to walk by his casket, I can only describe it as the Spirit in all His magnitude bore witness of who President Hinckley was. My kids unanimously agreed that the four hours of waiting was all worth the ten seconds of spiritual bliss we felt honoring our prophet. I especially want my family to know that I know he was a prophet and that I love him. lbh

I ditto your testimony. I am grateful for a smooth transition to our next prophet and presidency. It's weird, though, Pres. Hinckley is the first prophet I can remember!
